By accessing and using ZZleep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of the Service

ZZleep is a wellbeing and relaxation application that uses artificial intelligence to accompany users before sleep through empathetic conversation, guided breathing exercises, and personalized stories.

3. Medical Notice

ZZleep is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure insomnia or any other sleep disorder. It does not replace consultation with a health professional. If you experience persistent sleep problems, anxiety, or any medical condition, consult your doctor.

4. AI Transparency

In accordance with the EU AI Act, we inform you that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a human being. No decisions with legal or medical effects are made.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• ZZleep offers Free, Pro (€2.99/month), and Premium (€4.99/month) plans.
• The subscription renews automatically. You will receive an email notification at least 5 days before each renewal.
• You may cancel at any time with one click from Settings. You will keep access until the end of the billed period.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Google Play, depending on the platform from which you subscribe.

6. Intellectual Property

• Stories generated during your sessions are granted to you under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for private use.
• ZZleep retains ownership of its AI models, prompts, narrative structure, and source code.
• Your conversations are not used to train artificial intelligence models.
• You may voluntarily opt in to contribute anonymized data for research, disabled by default.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZZleep is provided "as is" for entertainment and wellbeing purposes. Use of the application is at your own responsibility. We are not responsible for:

• Any consequence arising from following AI suggestions.
• Service interruptions or technical failures.
• Not hearing emergency alarms while using the application.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.

8. Prohibition of Manipulation

In accordance with the EU AI Act, ZZleep does not use subliminal or manipulative techniques to influence user behavior in a way that could cause physical or psychological harm.

9. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

You may not manipulate the application, automate requests, or try to bypass technical limits, security controls, or payments. We may limit access when we detect abusive, fraudulent, or terms-violating use.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by European Union law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the user's domicile within the EU.
